Overview
With the introduction of SnapStay, questions arose about how its property rental services would evolve—whether they would continue to offer seamless booking experiences or adapt to meet the changing expectations of hosts and travelers in the digital marketplace.
I led the end-to-end development and design direction of the web experience for implementing SnapStay, playing a pivotal role in defining the user journey and seamless integration of booking and listing functionalities.
